This site will remain in operation until 2026. If you would like to save any tickets or processes/fixes discussed in those tickets please do so before then.
You will always have your E-Mail copies.
We will re-send a final account statement on the 1st. Please finalize closing payments as usual.
We will not be actioning any new work, and once we finalize our maintenance for the month we will be setting the entire ticketing system to read-only, nothing new can be added.

We currently have a pile of equipment that has not been claimed or recovered, as per our policy we will securely remove and process any information storage media and process the hardware as per our Reuse/Gift/Recycle policy. If you wish to arrange pickup or postage let us know.
